GAME LICENSE INVALID

Hi! I have been trying to launch the Sims 4 for the last 6 months but cannot because it is repeatedly shows - GAME LICENSE INVALID. I have tried multiple things and I will list it here , 

1. Cleared the cache on ea app and restarted the pc
2. Reinstalled both the ea app and the sims 4 multiple times
3. Deleted the sims 4  folder from the document folder
4. Tried locating the licence folder in program data folder but couldn't locate [ hidden folder toggle was off]
5. I have followed step by step the article under the title cannot load games .
6. Stopped all of the background task from task manager. 
7. Repa ir both the ea app and the sims 4 .                                                                               As mentioned above I have tried every possible thing I could find or was told to from the ea support but nothing is working. It is very frustrating to see that a game you spend money and time on just suddenly stops working. I’ve been buying packs since 2014 and always straight fron releasedate…. I’ve been a loyal customer who’s spend hundreds of dollars on something i cant get my hands on anymore??? If anyone can help me please help cause I cannot find where the main issue is and nothing is working.
