GAME LISENCE INVALID

I keep getting this error when trying to load my game. I've uninstalled and reinstalled both sims and EA multiple times, deleting all trace of both before reinstalling and nothing has worked. I started a case with EA for support a month ago and still haven't heard back from them. Has anyone had this error before?
