Game Menu says I own stuff pack but EA App says I didn't.

I dont use CC/Mods by the way; I'm currently struggling with Romantic Garden Stuff Pack. I've restarted EA, Cleared the cache, logged in and out. However The Game Menu STILL mentions I own the Stuff ...

ApolloKnightt Is it possible you claimed Romantic Garden in Steam or Epic? If so, did you later unlink that account from your EA account? And to be clear, you're saying that Romantic Garden does NOT appear in your EA App game library, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons?

Im going to say no as I only play The Sims via the EA App; and all packs are bought/gained via the mentioned app.

And yes, I had looked in the EA App Game Library, It doesnt show up. (But however shows up, as mentioned, in the Sims game menu if I were to look at what packs I have)
