So I think I finally figured out why my game keeps crashing. I looked at the config.log and the graphics cards is showing Found: 0, Supported 1. I manually added my graphics card to the graphicscard.srg but it's still is saying Found: 0, Supported 1. i have no idea how to fix this.
odellaticsxo Did you add your graphics card's device ID to the database? That's what matters, not the name of the card. You can see the device ID in Config.log, in the Chipset entry. Vendor is the manufacturer (Nvidia, AMD, Intel), and Device is what you'd need to add, with a 0x in front.
If that doesn't help, please post the section of Config.log between Graphics Device Info and Options, 10 lines or so, and I'll let you know what to add to the .sgr file.
Having said that, this is not a real problem, in that it doesn't cause any performance issues or any other problems by itself. The game only uses this info to choose default graphics settings. If your settings aren't what you want, you can change them without doing anything else.
