Game not working correctly after the update

prufrock1915 When you moved the Sims 4 folder, you prevented the game from reading your saves or saved households or builds. That is part of the point of the test. The files are intact in the old folder, inside saves and Tray, respectively, so you can move them to the new Sims 4 folder the game created.
Keep in mind that other files in the old folder may be an issue. If you use mods or custom content, test those files first. If you want to preserve Screenshots and Recorded Videos, these are unlikely to be a problem and can be transferred too. Everything else should be discarded; the game will create new files.
