candy10candy JinxyBinxy If you still need help, I would suggest creating a new, local, admin Windows account and trying to play there. This will cover a number of potential causes at once. The Windows account must be local, as in, not linked to your Microsoft account or any email address.
Please also restart your computer before trying to play, each and every time.
If that doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
