Game saying I am offline when I am not

Question

Every time I get on my game for the past three days, I cannot access other people's creations in the gallery or claim my event rewards. I have restarted my laptop, made sure my laptop is updated, restarted my router, repaired the Sims 4, and deleted and re-downloaded it onto my laptop, but the issue persists. When I click connect, it keeps me in a loop of the spinning circle trying to connect but it never does. If anyone knows what the issue is or what could be causing it I greatly appreciate it. If it helps, I have the EA app and I have tried to connect with both Mods enabled and Mods disabled with no result.

Me too!&nbsp;Week before last, I officially started the Time Traveler Challenge.&nbsp;I'm using a previous family I used for the Holiday Challenge.&nbsp;Game loads fine, is updated, and my computer says I'm online.&nbsp;However, this week, when I go to claim my rewards for week 3, it tells me I'm Offline.&nbsp;(I have confirmed I'm not)&nbsp;The same happens when I attempt to manually connect by going through the Gallery.&nbsp;I've tried restarting the game so far. My Router, Modem..&nbsp; It hasn't made a difference.&nbsp;Save is completely Vanilla, with no Mods or CC at all.&nbsp;

If that doesn't help, please try a different network if you can.&nbsp; For example, if your computer uses wifi, you can set your phone as a mobile hotspot, using data rather than your home network.

Before attempting the reinstall, I tried something else.

(Clearing the Temp folder had no effect btw)

Ending the "EA Background Service Task" through the Task Manager, and then re-opening the EA App as Admin did.

(this previously fixed Error 100 back when the infants dropped, which was a connection issue, so I thought I'd give it a shot, and IT WORKED !!!! )

I'm back online !! I was able to claim my rewards and I didn't have to reinstall everything(:
