Game screen only flashes then stays white

Hello all,
My sims game had suddenly stopped working for me. Each time I boot up the game, it'll flash from black to white for a few moments before permanently going into a windowed mode with a white screen and endless loading icon. I've tried many solutions such as changing the DPI, unchecking monitor displays, changing the value to 0 in Options.ini, starting with a new EA folder, Checked all CC, and much more. 

I'm completely stumped on how to resolve this but I'll provide my Dxdiag. Help please and thank you!!
