Game slow to respond

I tried moving her in the same save but it still didn’t work. So my guess is the save is corrupted. I would love to know if there is a fix and how to do it. But I learned a long time ago not to get too attached to a save because corruption is possible. 😂 but if there is a fix I would love that information. 

Syxarp​  Can you play a different household within that save?  (Use one you've never played before, at least in this save.)  If so, do that for a bit, use "save as" to rename the save, then test your main sim again, still on a blank lot and with her inventory emptied.  Playing a different household for a while is occasionally enough to clear up this kind of issue.  And even if it isn't, how the other household runs will tell us whether the problem with the save is limited to your played sim(s).

I had started a new save and it went perfect. I played the first Sim’s household until her child aged to teen. Then I saved them and started a new save where I moved the teenager out and played her until she was a teen and then saved the household and started a new save where I played the teen. The teen has aged up and now the gemology table is doing the thing where I can’t take crystals out or put them in. So frustrating 😩 I will go ahead and try a different family in the save but I wish I could figure out what’s causing it. 

Syxarp​  It sounds like the gemology table is the issue here.  I don't know why, I mean there's no reason it should be, but since you have a clear trigger for the issue, I would just avoid using it for now.  You can try it again after the next patch, and if your game starts to lag again, quit without saving, or revert to an older version of the save if your newest version lags after you reload it. 

I agree it must be the table. I can usually put things in it so I can still complete the aspiration but I can’t take things out. I do appreciate your help and I will wait for the next update. Thank you.
