If you mean your sims name just type it in CAS when you create the sim. If you mean the savegame choose save As and name it. If you mean something else please specify.
Your specific identity in the game. I don't see the point of it.
It is the identity you used when playing The Sims. In my case they are the same as I have never used another ID.

That was the ID used when registering on thesims3.com or, in some cases, previous versions of the game, and as our advisers told you, no, it's not possible to change it.
Good news is, we designed The Sims 4 so that ID is not used anymore. 😉 This means the username you have as The Sims specific identity shouldn't affect how your name shows in-game when playing The Sims 4. Instead, the game uses your Origin ID so you can change it from that same page you took the screenshot from (by editing your Basic Information). You should have the same ID in all our recent games.
