That was the ID used when registering on thesims3.com or, in some cases, previous versions of the game, and as our advisers told you, no, it's not possible to change it.
Good news is, we designed The Sims 4 so that ID is not used anymore. 😉 This means the username you have as The Sims specific identity shouldn't affect how your name shows in-game when playing The Sims 4. Instead, the game uses your Origin ID so you can change it from that same page you took the screenshot from (by editing your Basic Information). You should have the same ID in all our recent games.

- I have 3 different ID names in game. My old ID name won’t update to my new one, for my older sims. I know other people having the same problem.
