Try this solution I posted for a similar scenario of crashing when travelling or saving. 🙂
I have the latest driver installed, I tried a clean boot, opened the game played for I while I travelled two times without problems, but when I travelled for a third time the game crashed. The fans are working normally. If you have any other advice I would be very grateful.

Community AdminThanks. I have seen a couple of crashes related to loading screens. Can you check for a crash report in your reliability monitor?
Also, it's worth running a repair (right click the game in Origin to get the option) if you haven't already. I suspect it won't have any effect, but it's worth trying anyway.
