Game suddenly crashed mid saving and not being able to be played after

Hello friend, I'm desperately need a solution or tips please help me. I'm in the middle of playing and everything was normal but since lately my game seems a bit laggy I save the game every now and then, and when I was saving it was taking forever so I end task with task manager and after that whenever I choose resume game it just showed endless loading screen  I tried deleting all my mods but still no luck, then there's a popped up saying unrecognised video card. I just recently played again and really bummed out about this, please help me what should I do?

    I can seems to load the game but when I choose to play the som household, again with the forever loading screen, is it because of the update or is something wrong with my game or PC?

    chellehendrahere​  It's probably just your save, and possibly only the one household in your save.  But more information would be useful.  Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see.  Try again to load this main household, and when it doesn't work, look for a new lastexception.  If you find one, open the file, copy its text, and paste it into a reply here.

    Please also let me know whether you can load a different, previously-unplayed household in the same save.  And I'd also like to know whether you can load your main household in a backup save.
