Game suddenly very slow

You are very low on free space for temp files on you C: drive. Freeing up space will likely help.

I have  removed  70GB of  programs from both C (SSD Drive) and  D (all other programs)

No luck.. still  laggy. Even moved Sims 4 to the SSD.. loads  quicker.. but  video is  still just  as  laggy. At  least now both drives  are not red in properties..  thanks.

I see that you have an MSI system. Do you have Nahimic or MSI Afterburner installed? If so in the case of Nahimic uninstall it. For afterburner turn it off before running the game.

Otherwise try to perform a clean boot and see if the game works better.

did  clean reboot and disabled MSI but not luck. attaching Hwinfo .txt file since .csv   isnt supported.

I've seen in the dxdiag that you've had some errors with no data ☹️. Could you try a SFC scan and see how it behaves after that? You'll just need to enter into Command Prompt as Admin for the first part.

Change the extension of the hwinfo log to "xxx..csv.txt" and try the upload again.

No errors  were  found. 😢 Im trying to get  a short clip of  the lag, but  having difficulty getting it small enough  to post here.

@Lunapooh   I do not recommend trying to run a gaming computer with a 250Gb system device. This may be ok for a student/ business computer but gaming computer require more finite resources. When you install the windows operating system the page file size is created based on the size of the system device. The size of the page file will be different if you had a larger system drive. Games that expandable (with expansion packs) will use more space on the system drive even if it's just data. The user data can be moved off the system device but this requires advanced techniques which I don't advise for a novice Windows user as you need to have a basic knowledge of the operating system to understand what is happening. Next you have dual monitors connected. As this game does some post graphical processing and this may affect performance. Many gamers have complained about performance while having dual monitors. You have one monitor connected with vga 15 pin analog cable. and the other with DVI cable. This is going to increase the load on the video system. Have you tried disconnecting one of the monitors and try the game?  The price of SSD devices is falling. This may be an indication that a new technology is coming and manufacturers are dumping inventory. First installing applications (games) to a secondary conventional drive defeats the purpose of having an SSD as the system device. There is a gain but you loose most of the performance gain while the computer processes the game code. You would probably get better performance getting 2 large 1Tb conventional 7200 rpm hard drives and install them as a raid configuration. You get a performance gain across the board and may be cheaper. The GTX 750 Ti is a little out of date and may not be up to running multiple resource hunger programs on multiple monitors of different technology.
