Game turning monitor off and then freezes

I'll post my DxDiag at the end.  Okay so, for awhile, I believe it's been since I installed Get Together, my game has been crashing. But, it doesn't just go to the desktop, it will turn off my monit...

Is it a desktop or laptop ?

    Then you should be able to put in a graphics card but make sure it has enough cooling and the power supply unit has a  high enough voltage. If unsure, ask someone to help you out.
