Game Virtually Unplayable (Console)

I’m a religious consumer of the Sims 4 and i have over 6000 hours on this game. I try to play my legacy save today with the new expansion and i just lost it with the fact that i can’t even SAVE MY GAME WITHOUT IT CRASHING!!! Do you know how frustrating that is!!! To try and go to save and every **bleep** time it crashes !!! This has gone on for about a YEAR !!   I hate you devs !!  You do not care about us console players at all!!! I shouldn’t have to go into a game and wonder whether or not it will save my recent gameplay !!! You need to fix this, it’s completely unacceptable!!
