Sims 4 Royalty and Legacy Expansion content missing in-game

Hafcio​  Did you buy and install the new pack?  If so, does any of the content show in-game?

Please also delete GameVersion.txt, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, to see whether it helps.

Yes I bought and installed it. 

Also deleted the GameVersion.txt - normally it will show a pack I don't have or something 

But in this case it doesn't show it - it shows only 2 sets that I don't have but it came in a bundle  🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Hafcio​  Right, but does the pack content show in the game itself: the world, the CAS items, the Build/Buy items, the gameplay?

No unfortunately not 

No Cas Items Gameplay / it even doesn't show in the pack filter 

Hafcio​  Try a new user folder, just as a test.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and have a look around.

If that doesn't help, open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP21 in the search field in the upper-right corner.  The search may take a couple minutes to finish.  When it's done, expand the window sideways so you can see the full path to each result.  Use Windows key-shift-S to take a screenshot, and attach it to a reply.

Well the moving entire Sims 4 folder from documents didnt worked.

If I put EP21 it founds in : 

C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4\__Installer\DLC\EP21  and 

C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4\EP21

But i see i am not the only one with this problem

Hafcio​  Try deleting both of those folders and reinstalling the pack.  You'll need to close the EA App and kill the EABackgroundService in the Task Manager's background processes list first.  Please also clear the EA App's cache before reinstalling the pack:

I've seen a couple other posts about this, but it appears the EP is working for most players.  So I'm not sure exactly what's different for you.  Where did you buy it?  This obviously shouldn't affect whether R&L shows up in the list of packs at the Main Menu, but I want to check anyway.

I bought on instant-gaming.  
Normaly a pack is showed in the main menu - either you purchased it or if not you can buy it - but in my case the new pack isnt showing at all.... 

Now i am uninstalling the whole game - starting the computer new and than i will install only the base game - to see if the packs are showing up in the main menu

The new Pack even doesnt listed - like you can see in the screenshot
