TLoveT23 I've merged your other post into this thread since you're apparently not getting the error covered in that other thread. It's very specific and prevents the game from opening at all.
Please look for a BIOS update for your motherboard. I can't tell what board you have from your dxdiag, but you can find the model printed on the board itself, among other places. Your current BIOS version is 1656, so anything newer than that would be useful to install.
If that doesn't help, or you already have the newest BIOS version, please look for errors related to the Sims 4 crashes. (There aren't any in this dxdiag, but they were probably crowded out by newer errors.) Click Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash, after updating the BIOS. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away. Then let the game crash again and look for another new error, which you might have to wait to see; check the time stamp to make sure it's a new one and not from the previous crash.
