lostinusa73 Thanks for the dxdiag. You're the fifth person with an HP Victus who's reported this issue after the patch, although no one else has been able to play in windowed mode. No one else has had the newest Nvidia graphics driver installed, which may explain the difference. But the other detail I've noticed is that everyone so far has had their DPI scaling set to 120 (125%), so I'd suggest changing it to 96 instead. Here's how:

Even if you don't like the results for general use, it would be useful to know whether this fixed the Sims 4 issue in particular.
rainbowspitter You're the first person I've seen report this issue on an Omen, but it's still an HP laptop, and you're still using a DPI scaling of 120 like everyone else, so please try the above as well.
And independently of DPI scaling, please let me know whether you can play in windowed mode. Open Options.ini, inside Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, search for fullscreen , and set it to 0 (zero).
