@puzzleaddict I also play HP Victus with the same issue, and finally, after trying out many many many options (incl. dpi scaling, now set to 100), I found the solution to turn of the checkboxes under 'multiple displays'. Mind, I don't even have multiple displays. After this the Sims4 loaded. I then added a save file and it worked. Then added my mods back, and it still worked.

Oh, thanks!! That worked for me, and I've never had multiple displays so that's funky. But now it won't play in full screen mode, only windowed.

And would you mind posting a screenshot or description of the multiple displays setting you changed? I don't have Windows 11 or this setting, and I'd like to be able to tell other people where to look.
For some reason Sims 4 is not showing under that.. Call of Duty and my kids game is but not the sims.
Those are the two boxes that I unchecked in the red square!
rainbowspitter Under Display > Graphics settings (at the bottom of the page on my system at least), can you click Browse and find TS4_x64 on the list? You may or may not need to add TS4_Launcher_x64 as well.
