Game won’t work at all.

So,since the update on february the 3rd my game just won’t start at all. I have tried everything, deleted ALL mods, all cc,uninstalling the game, repair it in the EA app multiple times,i have done everything that people online said could work, but nothing. I hoped it would work after the latest update on the 12th of february but still the exact same problem. It will at most get me to the start page of the game then just kick me out and the EA app just saying ”an error on our end, please try later” i even deleted my old saves and really nothing works. It’s soon been three weeks of this and not being able to play or fix the problem no matter what i do. What can i do?

I just fixed mine! Mine involved the virus and threat protection within my pc.
I am using Windows 10 and I think the update might've made Sims 4 a file threat. I went ahead and went to my pc settings and then searched "ransomware protection". When you click that there is another text that says "Allow an app through controlled folder access" there you will have to go add and choose "TS4_x64.exe" (the file that the pc is preventing from running which essentially runs the game)--- You can find "TS4_x64.exe" within the Sims 4 file that's located within "Local Files C:" and then when you eventually get to "The Sims 4" in there there is a file named "Game" and when you click that it's "Bin". When you click "Bin" the "TS4_x64.exe" file should be in there.
After you have selected "TS4_x54.exe", you should be able to run Sims 4 because you pc is no longer rejecting the file.

If you are using a Macbook, I will not know how it would work unfortunately so I hope you just so happen to be using windows. I believe the steps are similar for windows 11, I just know that the location to find "Allow an app through controlled folder access" is different...? Best thing to do is just type the keywords in you windows settings search bar.

I hope this works for you as well!

Okay I thought I was losing it, I am quite literally experiencing the same thing, I have deleted and started from scratch by uninstalling and reinstalling. I am able to see the logo pop up then after 3 seconds of seeing the main menu, it will crash and give the "error on our end, please try again later".
I'm confused because my game was literally running fine a few hours ago...
