game won't open!
i just downloaded the game from steam, then downloaded EA app, wanted to play the game but it won't even start?? it loads from EA app then just disappears and won't open, any help please!!!

Lynn444B Do you have Steam family sharing or similar enabled? If so, please disable it and try again.
If that doesn't help or isn't relevant, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
