Game Won't Update
I've restarted my game, restarted the EA app, but I still don't have the base game update. Is it not released to all players yet, or is there anything else I can do to get the update?

annabelle1honor There is no base game update, just an SDX drop. Did you get that? If not, make sure SDX updates are enabled, under Options > Game Options > Sims Delivery.
If that doesn't help, go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete the content folder, then load the game to trigger the SDX again. You'll need to quit and restart once it's installed.
