What do you have your graphics settings on ? Low ?
Your graphics chip does not fulfill the minimum requirements of the game and your CPU is also on the low side.
Did you turn laptop mode on as well ?
Yes, my settings are on low. Laptop mode is on.
Did you try the Post Processing Effects while on high or low settings ?
- Low and Post Processing Effect : Still very blurry.
Medium : Still blurry, but better.
High : Still slightly blurry, especially the sims' feet.
