@LazyRabbit822 Unfortunately, this isn't something you can fix on your own. Only support can help here. This isn't a bug, it's a case of whichever support rep you initially worked with messing up the transfer and not admitting it. So the only thing I personally can suggest is trying again with support.
If you haven't gotten anywhere by Monday, please post back. The EA community managers who regularly look over this forum are gone for the weekend, but when they're back, hopefully one of them will have a more constructive suggestion.
After sending an email to EA through their official help page, they emailed me and had uninstall some stuff and download some stuff as well. None of it worked, surprise surprise. I emailed them again explaining this and also correcting them on some information that they keep getting wrong.
And, I'm having another issue with my games too. I'm not sure if it's because of this issue or it's a different issue entirely but the app keeps "uninstalling" them??? Not actually but it doesn't register as installed sometimes and will have the install button instead of the play button. I asusme that this is only happening because of my other issue though.
I don't actually have to install the game all over again either. I click the install button and it pauses for a moment before turning into a play button instea. I don't EA app is being wacky. I miss Origin, I used that for years and never had any issues.
