Hello I am looking to get a new desktop computer for gaming the main game that will be played is the sims 4 I normally have a lot of mods a do have all of the packs in the sims 4 I want to play the game on ultra graphics Aswell my budget for a computer is 1,300 I would like to be at 1,000 though my max is 1,300
i was wondering if anyone can suggest me computers that would support all of these
@XXSleepy0HeadXX You have lots of excellent options for under $1,000, and some very good ones for under $800. All the options I'm listing have 16 GB RAM, which is more than enough for Sims 4; more storage than the game will ever use; and processors that will more than keep up with the demands placed on them. The crucial factor here is the graphics card, although none of these would limit Sims 4's performance either. At the higher end, these would be significant overkill for Sims 4:

While Sims 4 couldn't possibly use all the power of any of these systems, I'm mentioning them in case you're considering playing newer games like Hogwarts Legacy. HL would run fine on the other desktops I'm going to list, but only these would handle ultra graphics settings reasonably well. Among the four, my preference would be the last one because the RTX 3070 is a little better than the 4060, but it's not a big enough difference to cross off the first three options.
If you'd like to keep the price under $800 and don't mind turning down the settings a bit in the newest AAA games like HL, this is the best combination of cheap and quality I found:
To be clear, this is still going to run Sims 4 on ultra settings without coming close to maxing out the hardware; it's more about other games you might want to run. Other equivalent options are $800 and up, and let me know if you want to see some of those; but if you're willing to pay $800, you might as well pay $30 more for the significant upgrade to the first option I listed above.
There are a few cheaper options too, but given that you're happy to go to $800, I'd stay at one of the tiers above.
