tatalola Your dxdiag lists a whole pile of BSODs, and they have to be recent given that the dxdiag only lists the ten most recent errors. If you're not seeing them, it's possible they're happening when you're shutting down anyway and the error messages disappear too quickly to notice. But there are definitely present and concerning.
I do have a couple suggestions for the Sims 4 issue, but I want to make it clear that I think there's a more system-level issue with this computer. It's your choice whether to pursue that now or wait.
First, please update the BIOS for your motherboard. I believe this is your board:
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/Z790-GAMING-X-AX-rev-1x/support
But find the exact version (for example on the motherboard itself or on the box it came in) before installing anything. Your current BIOS version is F11, so if the above page isn't correct, look for anything newer than that, e.g. F13 on that download page.
If that doesn't help, boot into BIOS and disable CPU Turbo Boost, which should be somewhere under Advanced settings.
I can just safely update the bios from that website? (it is the correct motherboard) but like does it matter which version i get i once tried to update and it killed my whole pc i think or well i was told that was the reasoning so im not sure if i can just update the bios which is why im asking
