Get to work DLC stopped working

I've had access to the Get to Work DLC for a while now through EA play.  I've never had any lapse in my subscription, but for some reason Get it now says that I don't own Get to work, and that content is unavailable in my current saves.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  Verifying Files.  Does anyone have any advice?  All of my saves are unplayable.

  • @GaugedR34gtr  Did you ever buy GTW separately?  If so, did you receive a full or partial refund?  Please check your Order History on ea.com to make sure.

    I've never purchased it, nor asked for a refund.  I looked through both steam and EA, but it seems like it was something that I received with the EA subscription.  In steam it says it's available through EA play when I go to purchase the content, but when I go to play it in-game it says that I don't own it.

    Hi @GaugedR34gtr

    If you open up the EA app on your PC does it show that you've still got an active EA Play membership? 

  • In steam it says that I do.  In the app, it does not.

    Do you have any other games or DLCs in your Steam library that you got via EA Play? I'm curious is this affecting all of them, or if it's only Get to Work. 

  • I do own other DLC from both EA and steam, and get to work seems to be the only one not working.

    Hmm, that is definitely strange. It sounds like this might actually be account-related, but I'm afraid that isn't something we can look into directly here on Answers HQ. When you've got the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look.
