Girl HELP

I've desperately been trying to play the sims but no matter what I do, when I try to start the game I get this message: "Unable to start. Initialization error at startup. 135dec40:598068e4:00000078:37b26003" 

I've turned off the windows defender thing, I repaired my game, I restarted the EA app, I took the sims 4 out of the documents folder and onto my desktop, I uninstalled all my cc, I made sure the cache folder was clear.

Idk what else I'm supposed to do but I really would like to be able to play this game again.
