I have had this problem for some time already because I don't know what to do with it. The Dream Home Decorator is listed as a pack that I own, though I don't actually own it and haven't purchased it. I would like to have it listed as a not owned pack. What should I do?
kukkahilla Is the pack listed as owned in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? Did you ever buy it, or a bundle that included it, and later get a refund? It would be very strange for the game to think you owned it if you never had.
I checked twice and it's not listed there. I never bought it, or a bundle that included it, and got a refund afterwards.
I have a hazy memory this might have occured for the first time when I switched from Origin to EA app, or soon after that, but I'm not sure.
