Gray Screen After Traveling

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Travel to another lot
What happens when the bug occurs? When I travel to another lot, after loading the screen gets a gray filter above the game screen and I can't move or do anything, the game just keeps paused.
What do you expect to see? Being able to travel and not seeing this gray screen.

Please describe the patch or change you made. This is occurring after installing the new spa update, I've tried removing all my mods but it's still appearing.
Can someone please help me? I've updated the game to the new spa day patch and now every time I travel, after loading the screen I see a gray filter above everything and I try to click or press to unpause the game but I just can't! I tried to repair the game, remove my mods, and put them one by one but it's still there.
