Growing Together - Download Stuck at Preparing
My growing together, does not download. Always when I'm downloading it says preparing but nothing happens.
I've uninstalled the game, EA app, cache, and tried all the methods.
I have contacted EA Support several times. I was advised to ask someone from EA to remove the Growing together package so I could download the package again.
He said:

This will allow you to buy again, and install the package. This procedure will not charge you a second time. Our advisors will ensure that any payments already made are returned to you.
Help me i have tried to many times.
I`m so sad, pecause i am puy this package almot a year ago.
