[GTW] Can't click on Crime Map in detective career

Cannot click on crime map at all it does not even register as an object. I am not using any mods or cheats and have not edited the police station in any way.

Could you start a new game for testing purposes to find out if only that save is affected or all of them.

Also try right-clicking on the game in Origin and choose repair game.
