unforgivinggirl The issue in live mode looks like what typically happens with Edge Smoothing disabled. The seams may simply reflect the way some items are made. I don't know that there's a workaround if the Adrenalin settings don't fix it.
I haven't seen the CAS issue, at least not recently, and it shouldn't be happening. I could guess that Maxis assumes that high-end GPUs will have Edge Smoothing enabled and therefore may not be looking at this particular context, but still, that's not a good excuse. If I do see other examples, I'll merge them into this thread, but I can tell you right now that one report will almost certainly go nowhere.
Have you tried playing in DirectX 9 mode? You shouldn't need to, but it's still a viable alternative, and your hardware doesn't need the performance gains from DX11 mode. Aside from enabling Edge Smoothing, I don't think there's another way to solve this. I also don't know enough about ReShade to say whether there's a way to make it work with Edge Smoothing enabled, but that's worth looking into as well.
