I bought Sims 4, months ago and I've been pretty busy lately and haven't had time to play. Now I came back to origin and now I can't even play the game I already payed for and I have no idea where the Product code could possibly be.
Log in to Origin with the account you have The Sims 4 on and you will find it in your Game Library.
There is a filter option in Origin Game Library called "Hide". Sometimes I accidentally right-click and select it, which then hides the game.
Try hitting the top right "Filter" option and select "Hidden games". Hopefully TS4 is listed there for you.
