EA Removing Purchased Content

I don't know if this is the best place to put this but is anyone else seeing purchased content being removed from their game?

I have purchased everything except the Business & Hobbies, and I have purchased most of them as soon as they came out - though some were packs I waited on until I could acquire more of them rather than do micro-transactions.  It started with just Urban Homage and Grunge Revival a few days ago.  Now I'm missing 12 total.

3. The Sims 4 My Wedding Stories Game Pack
4. The Sims 4 Strangerville
5. The Sims 4 Tiny Living
6. The Sims 4 Vintage Glamour Stuff
7. The Sims 4 Toddler Stuff
8. The Sims 4 Sweet Slumber Party
9. The Sims 4 Storybook Nursery
10. The Sims 4 Urban Homage
11. The Sims 4 Grunge Revival
12. The Sims 4 Throwback Fit Kit

I put in a support ticket, including the order numbers, but then they said it could take 24 hours for your content to appear, even though I've  had it for months now.  Then they aske for a ton of stuff - console or platform, email address, platform user name, missing content, time and date of purchase, the time zone I live in, my 'region" (whatever that is), a proof of purchase, and the code for my content.  So...very unhelpful, since all the missing content was bought through the EA App...

Anybody else seeing purchased content disappear like this?
