HELP 2 different error codes (0xc00007b)(missing MSVCP120.dll)

every time i go to launch origin it gives me the "igoproxy64.exe error" and (0xc00007b) code. clicking out of it a few times makes it go away and origin will load.

after that, i try to launch the sims 4 and it gives me the "invalid license missing DLL (MSVCP120.dll) error" and will not launch the game.

also getting (Core/Activation64.dll) error.

i have searched the internet far and wide and have done all of the following:

uninstalled and reinstalled MS Visual c++ runtime (2010-2015) (all versions)

manually downloaded MSVCP120.dll file and put it in the correct file folder for the game itself

uninstalled and reinstalled origin (9 TIMES)

uninstalled and reinstalled The Sims 4 (9 TIMES)

i am lost on what to do now.

EVERY SINGLE FILE IT SAYS IS MISSING, IS THERE AND IN THE CORRECT FOLDER.

RESINSTALLING DOES NOTHING

DOWNLOADING FILES AND PLACING THEM IN THE CORRESPONDING SPOTS DOES NOTHING.

i purchased the game through origin itself exactly one week ago, and have been having all of these errors from the second anything would load up.

i have been unable to play what ive purchased. i dont want a refund, i just want my game to work as i expected it to.

some people say its origin itself, some people say its the game. i have no idea what it is and i need help.

ive resorted to taking my laptop into an IT specialist to have it checked out, to make sure all the components and files are there, and they are.

everything it says it is missing, is in the correct file folders. trust me i have checked at least 50 times!

im running windows 10, if that makes any difference. i just really need some help please, because this is stressing me out beyond belief and costing more money to try to find a solution and getting nowhere.

if you are going to give some advice or a walkthrough of a real way this can get fixed, please read ABOVE. i have done all of the steps that google has given me, and still nothing.

@cmcMCMXCIV1 If Origin is not starting correctly you need to correct this first. Did Origin ever work correctly? When you uninstalled did you use a registry cleaner like ccleaner (there is a free version) and then reinstall? I suggest you uninstall Origin - clean the registry - download and install Origin (don't use an old Origin installer because it may be out of date). If you still get errors trouble shoot the errors

Yes I have. Still all the same errors I had. No, it never worked correctly from the minute it installed from the website.
