Help downloading For Rent

Hello.

It all started back when the For Rent DLC was announced, I pre-paid for the dlc with a credit card, and although my card was declined, it stayed in my library as "in the gallery", without actually letting me download it when it was finally released, today, I purchased the DLC from the EA official site with my debit card, but now, even though I've already tried logging out and in my EA account through the EA app, it won't let me download it, please help me because the money has been already taken from my debit card.

    @dear_mii Have you reached out to EA regarding the issue? If so, I'd try to uninstall your EA products from your computer/drive storage. Idk if it'll work, but it worked for me with steam. (Your EA packs will, ofc, stay purchased)

    @dear_mii you should be able to use the error reporter in the EA app. (Go to the 3 bars in the top left, theres a tab that says help or smth, and click on EA error reporter). Or, you can follow these instructions:
    1. On the EA Help homepage, enter the title of your game into the search bar.
    2. Select the game you need help with.
    3. Select See all help topics.
    4. Select the Manage my account category.
    5. Select I need help recovering my mobile game.
    6. Select the available option to connect with an EA Advisor.
