HELP! error code: de4ee 14f:29f00e76:00000000:4b0d852b

I have been getting this same error code: de4ee 14f:29f00e76:00000000:4b0d852b

I for the very first time tried to download some CC, and then this started happening, i went through the guides noted on here. Anyways I deleted all of the CC, decided I am fine with just playing base games. 

However I tried many of the suggestions noted here - uninstalled the game about 7 times yesterday, reinstalled on a new hard drive (I have 3). Tried looking with hidden files visible not finding anything, renaming folders, moving the game to the desktop and reinstalling again.

Nothing is working, I don't know what to do anymore. But I cannot play this game now, and just bought two new expacs yesterday before I found out my game wasn't working.

    @sylvher Did you try "repair game" in Origin? When you unistall any thing Windows may leave behind data it does not know it didn't install. You may have to manually delete files/folders then do a reinstall. Game core files may have been altered. These files are not in the documents folder. There is an uninstaller called Revo and there is a free version. It does a better job then the default uninstaller. Also there may be a registry entry that needs to be corrected. There is a program called ccleaner (there is a free version) that can scan the registry for issues. Uninstall with Revo, then clean the registry, THEN reinstall.
