HELP UI Blur

Unsure whats going on, while playing the game my screen goes bluryy, it only happens when im playing the sims and i mainly see it while in build mode, any help is appreciated.

ObeyTheNerds1432  Which Sims game are you playing, and on what platform (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)?  Please also post a screenshot or two to show the issue.

    Well I'm on pc and this is my issue. When i hover over objects like walls/posts, it blurs the UI. It blurs it in the same dimension of the walls/post behind the ui (see in picture) but when my mouse is not hovered over the wall/post, it goes away.
