SimpleSimmer05 Please remove your entire Mods folder and delete localthumbcache.package, then test again. You don't need to save your progress.
If the game crashes again, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
The lastcrash didn't attach, but that's fine, I can't do much with it anyway. Most of the information is indecipherable to anyone who doesn't work for EA.

It didn't crash, now do I put my mods back in piece by piece or is it better to redownload them?

I think I figured out the actual problem. My game crashed again after a few hours of playing, mostly build mode. So I had to empty my RAM, guess it was loaded. I started the game again and it worked fine.
