Stil can’t download the pack with out getting error and the case on my profil says solved . But noting helps

In order for us to be able to help you we will need some further information.
Could you please let us know the game you're having issues with, the error message that you see and which steps you've tried so far?
The game that I have problems is the sims 4 eco. Life style. Have tried deleting sims and download agian and have tried deleting ea app and download and even removed all the mods to see if that helps. I had problems a few days ago with more packs but that solved it self . Wil the problem efect the new opptade for sims that comes out today? And the error that keep showing up is something whent wrong douring the download. It And I now I have space to download it and every thing
