Please also open the case, just take the side panel off, and look at the motherboard to see whether your computer has a dedicated graphics card.  It would be large and in the center, just below the midline.  Let me know if you do, and what model it is.  If you don't have one, that's fine, you don't need to do anything else.

If you don't know what you're looking at, find a YouTube guide that explains how to upgrade a graphics card.  That will show the host removing an existing card, so you'll see what it looks like and where it would be installed if it were present.

I updated but it still doesn’t work

ij39kzli80d9  I am asking you if you have a dedicated graphics card.  Please answer yes or no.  This is not about updating; this is about answering a question so I can rule out other sources of error.

Please also run a new dxdiag and post it.
