Hello, I have previously purchased the Island Living and Seasons packages for Sims 4 from epic games. I installed the Epic Games launcher and connected it to my EA account and played the games on sale. Now, just 1 hour ago, I still cannot connect the Sims 4 Discover University package to EA. When I disconnect and reconnect my connection to Epic Games in EA, it connects. I collect all of them in Sims 4 but it does not appear in EA. I was able to download this question.
