High School Years refusing to download.

I am currently trying to download the Add-on but it is absolutely refusing to work. It always says preparing and then after a few minutes I get the following error message: "There's a problem with your download - Something went wrong during your download. Give us a few minutes, then try again."

I have tried several times, always the same error message

So far I tried:

Deinstalling and reinstalling all my sims packs and base game

emptying the EA App Cache

Deinstalling and reinstalling the EA App

Nothing of this worked. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this and make this downloadable?

    @MotherOfNight  You'll need to contact EA customer support to have the purchase cancelled so you can try it again.  There's no way to fix this from your end.

    @MotherOfNight  Please go to ea.com, sign in, and open Account Settings > Order History.  Find the HSY transaction and let me know whether it says Completed, Processing, or Failed.

    I checked and it says Processing. Since 30. June 2022. In the library it shows up as owned.

    @MotherOfNight  You'll need to contact EA customer support to have the purchase cancelled so you can try it again.  There's no way to fix this from your end.

    Thank you so much! I cancelled it in the history and was able to buy it again. Now the download already finished.
