Thanks for your advice! The new save weather and events work as expected! Should I do as you instructed as above anyway for my other save it doesn't work on?

@latenightplumbob No, sounds like something corrupted that save or there's something some factor in it makes the error.

Would you mind sending me the faulty save so I can pass it on to QA ? Just upload to google drive or one drive and PM me the link.
