Home Chef Hustle Download Error

Question

I purchased the Home Chef Hustle Pack. Initially it downloaded fine and was installed and playable in game. The next time I logged in the pack had removed itself and was unable to be reinstalled. I can see the pack in my "Manage Game" list, but every time I try to reinstall it I get a download error. I have tried clearing the EA app cache, clearing my computer cache, running cleanup on my PC, repairing the game and uninstalling/reinstalling the game. Nothing works. I'm out of ideas and very frustrated.

I have since purchased other packs that have downloaded and installed correctly. The problem is ONLY with this pack. The attached image is the download error that I get every time I try to install the pack.

This seems to be different than the issue players were having when the pack was first released.

It's sounding like this pack may have been removed from your account- this isn't something we can check for over the forums since we don't have access to your account details, so live support will need to check your account information and look over the entitlements for this pack to see what's happened.
