Hi!I bought Horse Ranch about two hours before it came out, so technically pre order. When I went to download it, it said that it downloaded fine- but when I opened the game, I couldn't find it. The image of the cover of the pack is just blue on the pack tab on the home screen, not with a graphic like every other pack, but I can click on it fine and it will display the cas/build-buy items like normal. No popup to tell me that I downloaded the pack came up on my home screen when I opened it, and the pack wasn't in game at all. Yet, the EA app tells me it downloaded and everything.I uninstalled the entire game and all my packs, then redownloaded it. All other packs are fine, and another pack that I had a similar problem with (desert luxe kit) even downloaded for the first time when i opened it up after redownloading. Yet, no Horse Ranch, and I still can't find it. Please send any advice if you have any!

@Wynne64 I started a new, completely clean, Sims 4 game in my Electronic Arts folder. The Horse Ranch expansion pack now shows in my game. I used an existing save without mods, and Horse Ranch showed. When I tested my mods, for my game, it was All Worlds Residential--Zerbu (6.2.23) that blocked the expansion pack. For somebody else's game, it may be a different mod. Hope this might help.

@ammelives and @thecornlady The pack is installed in the correct location for both of you, so that at least isn't the issue. @ammelives What you've described sounds like a mod issue. Please remove your entire Mods folder and have a look at a new save. Let me know whether the pack tags and the world show up properly. @thecornlady Please clear the EA App cache and restart your computer, then repair the game. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/ If that alone doesn't help, delete the EP14 folder that's directly inside "The Sims 4" in your screenshot. Then clear the App's cache again, restart again, and redownload the pack.

@ammelives Please run a search for EP14 , which is the folder for Horse Ranch Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP14 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.

I don’t have any of those folders, i have run the search for them on this pc, and they both say the sims 4 so they aren’t in the demo it’s just the EP14 ones

@gm28m I have no idea what your current screenshot is for because you cut off the address bar. Your previous search showed that Horse Ranch was installed into this folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4 Create a Sim Demo

So go there and delete the CAS Demo folder, restart your computer, and try again to install Horse Ranch. If you get an error when trying to delete the folder, make sure the EA App and the EABackgroundService are NOT running in the Task Manager. The latter would be under background processes.

I was going to say it's either MCC or all worlds residential. Happens with that mod whenever they add a new neighborhood. Hoping the creators of both mods update their content!!

I found the problem I took all mods out repair ea app repair sims 4 then started game every thing was there put mods back and it's still there hope this helps

@2225566488 Please run the search again now. Even if Horse Ranch isn't installed at all, you should get at least one result. If your game is installed on an external drive, search that drive as well: click on the drive name first, then follow the same instructions.

@jessallan10 Which pack(s) are you missing? It looks from your screenshot that you searched for EP1 , which is not a valid folder name. If you're missing Get to Work, the folder is EP01 ; if you're missing a different pack, please see this list:

https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/extras-2/available-packs-dlc/

Additionally, you only searched inside the Sims 4 folder. My instructions specifically state to click This PC in the left panel of a File Explorer windows so that you're searching the entire computer. Please do that, or the results will be invalid.
