Horse Ranch pack issues
Horse ranch is not able to install even after repairing the game multiple times and uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I have made sure its purchased and listed as such in game and on the EA app.

The pack isn't deactivated and it is listed as completed. I did purchase it twice in an attempt to fix it a couple years ago and maybe that's causing problems now?
zq9m4cjnc2od What happens when you try to install the pack? Please post a screenshot of any error message you get. And if it does appear to be installed in the EA App but isn't loading in-game, open Marketplace > My Collection and enable the pack if it's currently deactivated.
If you can't install the game, please go to ea.com, open Account Settings > Payment & Wallet > Order History, and list the status of the purchase: Completed, Processing, or Failed.
