households not saving to library
I have been having this problem for A WHILE. Whenever i create a new household and save them to my library, they don't show up there. i have been bypassing the problem by just uploading the household...

do you have any other issues with saving ? Like progress not saving ?
The library is locally on your hard drive to be found here: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\tray
When you save a household/lot to your library, are any files created in that folder ?
